Montly usage and billing date

    Hi,


    We currently have the free version, but are at the limit of checks so want to upgrade to the next plan.


    I was just wanting to make sure that if we subscribe and pay today, the month starts from today, not from when we started our Free Trial.

    Hi Lydia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For the billing, yes, the next billing date will be on the same day you upgraded the account; however, for the monthly limits, normally, it's every 1st of the month but some accounts might have their monthly limit reset date on the day they created the account. To check your monthly reset date, please follow these steps:

    1. Click on your profile icon on the top right and click on your name.
    2. On the menu on the left side, select Usage.
    3. On monthly usage, you'll see the reset date.

    Ours is currently showing up as May 1st, but I am just curious then if we pay for the month today, we only get access until then and have to pay another month?

    Hi Elliott_Shannon,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. That is simply the date the your monthly usage reset; however, your billing date would be on the same date that you paid your plan and you don't need to pay again when your monthly usage reset. For example, your monthly usage date is every 1st of the month and your billing date is every 15th of the month. When your monthly usage resets on the 1st, you still don't need to pay until 15th of the month.
