Dagun State School Education Discount

I have recently enquired about the cost of our monthly upgrade, but also must mention that our education discount was not applied. I was not informed that I had to apply for this first. I have applied, but the page is asking me to pay again? Do we organise a refund for the 50% discount, or do we extend the paid subscription date to 2 months?
