How to add google map in jotform template?

Hello support team i am unable to add google map in jotform template for local SEO website ,please help me to add google map for the yost team.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, do you want to add a Google map to your form and use the form for your website? If so, You might want to check our available widget here that's powered by Google Maps that you can use. Once you added the widget and completed your form, you can now embed your form to your website. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
• Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.
• That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.
