I created a form on here and want all e-mails sent to email@example.com It was working fine a few days ago and now we are not getting any e-mails sent to that address. We can however view them on jotform under submissions. Is there a reason why this is happening and can it be fixed?
Your email address is in our bounce list and this is the reason:
Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 521-'5.2.1 : (CON:B1) http://postmaster=
Your form should be working fine by now as I remove your email address inour bounce list.
Also, it is recommended to configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "firstname.lastname@example.org", respectively.

Same thing is happening to me. I have several email notifiers set up. i get some but not others. Any coming from www.toys4smileslasvegas.org are not coming through. Could this be the same reason?

I checked all those email addresses you mentioned -- and they are not bounce listed at all.
Please try reviewing this guide -How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues and apply the necessary settings on your form's email notification. This should prevent any issue with regards to email notification. And you may also want to check your spam or junk email folder, perhaps the previous email messages are filtered out.
Please inform us should the issue persist.

Hello, I just stumbled accorss this problem which is a major issue for us. Here is my form:
I have the notification emial set up correctly using the email@example.com but aol is NOT receeiving the emails. I just signed up for an aol account to test this. not is spam folder either
