I'd like to create a signup form that is responsive with available shifts in real time.

    Hi,

Last year, we tried to create sign-up shifts for a ten-day event across four locations and two shifts per location. We have 29 staff signing up. When we launched our Jotform signups, we had many of the 29 signing up at once. This resulted in many people choosing the same shifts in the same places -- meaning we had 4 sign up for shifts that only showed 2 available, and so on. Because we weren't able to effectively schedule through Jotform, I ended up doing everything manually -- which was very time consuming.

We need to do the same scheduling again this year; can you help us create the forms we need, or should we be looking outside of Jotform? I'd love for a solution to be identified by the end of the week.

    Thanks,
    Claire

I did check your form and found that you have not set the available quantity in the "Appointment Slots" widget of form. Please check the screenshot below:

I believe that is what has caused this issue. I have cloned your form and edited the quantity of all shifts to 2 available. Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if it works as expected:  https://form.jotform.com/80784990618976

Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:   https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you need any other changes.
