    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account, and it was suspended due to "possible clickbait". It seems your "Formulario" form has an image that didn't upload properly, and it has a link redirecting to another site. This probably triggered the suspension.

    I've reinstated your account, so you should be able to log into it now. But we suggest you fix the form's image and try removing the link on the image so you won't get suspended again by our system.
