Will my forms also be transferred to the enterprise plan?

    Hi,

    I had contact earlier about purchasing through PO for annual billing and that JotForm sends us an invoice.

    I was also told later, that this is only possible if we go for an Enterprise plan.

    So we now have a Silver Plan via CC with forms (url's) which are very important to the business.

    What happens with these forms if we wish to move from Silver Plan to Enterprise? Can these be exported and imported into to other plan without any disturbance or loss of functionality?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, all of your forms and associated data will be transferred to your enterprise plan. Contacting our Enterprise Sales Team is easy, you'll just need to send a request first, and they'll reach out to you with more information. Let me show you where to find the request form:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Enterprise on the upper-right side of the page.
    2. Then, on the upper-right side of the next page, click on Contact Sales.
    3. Fill out the form, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.
