Not working in Firefox and Chrome

    The link will open in Firefox and Chrome, but not able to type anything.

    I test and checked your form using Chrome and Firefox browser, but so far I could not reproduce the issue you described.

    I was able to load the form and use it.

    Can you please provide more details on how to recreate the issue. Share to us the steps you have taken to reproduce the issue so we can do further test.
