Widgets: How to add fields dynamically ?

Hi, I'd like to be able to add parent's names, either one or both, then add their children's name's. Some families will have 1, others 2, others 3, etc....

What I'd like to do is after adding the parent's names, to answer how many children. Based on that answer, have the appropriate number of name fields to enter kids' names.

There's so many widgets and what not, I'm not sure what I really need. I'm new to jot form and I'm evaluating this for my church. Can you help?

There are many dynamic widgets you can use from but all of them won't auto add a field depending on your answer or condition. May I suggest using the Matrix Dynamique widget, if you want to specify the First name and last name columns.
