    I did not have about it that it goes against the rules

Rest assured that we are here to help you with it. After more checking, it appears your account was suspended due to collecting login credentials. As mentioned in our Terms of Use, it is not allowed to collect login credentials using our forms.

    For your account to be unsuspended, we'll need to delete the offending fields from your form. Would you allow us to delete the offending fields so we can reactivate your account?
