I am looking to create a cost analysis form

I am looking to create a cost analysis form for my T shirt business. Can I do something like this with this forum? If so, how long will my history remain?

I'm not sure how this works, but if this involves selling product items, it's possible with Jotform. As for the history, we keep submissions unless you will exceed the limit, especially if you will keep the free plan which you can only store up to 500 submissions total.

It's is not directly related to the sale of an item. More so a collaborative informative job sheet to keep all job details that need to be calculated. Does this make sense?

Can you please provide us with more information on how a form you have in mind should work out such as how it should be filled, the contents, etc.?
