Monday.com integration: Edit values instead of creating a new item

I want to have people "Update" their submission in jot form : https://www.jotform.com/inbox/240842395510151/5897188308112897922

and that those updated values Pass on to monday.com WITHOUT creating a new line item each time in Monday.com

What is the best way to do this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked, and it seems that this is the normal behavior in the Monday.com integration. It creates a new item instead of editing the values. As an alternative, could you try to update an existing item on monday.com using Zapier by using the Update Item Name action on monday.com.
