Hello,
We are having trouble with this form, it is stating the following error:
PCI :: Error during transaction
This transaction cannot be accepted.We contacted Authorize.net and have confirmed the API and have further confirmation that we have the correct Transaction Key because its the same we are successfully using on another software.
Authorize.net stated there is nothing in our settings to disallow us from making online transactions on 3rd party API's.

Unfortunately, I cannot open the form you provided. It seems that you already deleted the form.
Are you still experiencing this problem? If yes, then please provide the ID/URL of the form that you are having issues with so that we can further investigate.
Thank you.

I checked the form and I can verify that the Authorize.Net payment field is configured correctly. I can also see that it is not in Sandbox mode.
I did a test submission using dummy credit cards and I was able to replicate the issue. Here's a screen capture:
Are you using the same API Login ID and transaction key on another form? Is it possible for you to generate a new transaction key?
Please try to remove the Authorize.Net integration and then log out from JotForm. Restart your browser and then log back in. After that, please try to add the Authorize.Net integration again.
I will also clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
