Transforming from All Questions On One Page to Single Question Per Page

Hello,

I created a Menu Application using JotForm (Single Question Per Page); then duplicated it and did another Application; everything was fine.

After that; I duplicated one of them and created 2 Applications and after finishing I recognized that there are no formatting as it automatically got to be 'All Questions On One Page'; please let me know if there's any way to transform them to (Single Question Per Page).

You can change the form layout in the form settings.

Here's how:

If form layout isn't available in the form settings, clone the form again and this time, select Card Form.

Then import so the imported form will have the card form layout.
