Why my form is stuck on submitting?

    I have a new form that is replacing some existing forms. I've deployed it but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working. When I hit Submit, it gets stuck on "Please wait..." and Google Chrome console shows errors (attached screenshot).

    Are you still able to replicate this issue?

    Since when I tested, your form submitted fine:

    We also keep getting this issue intermittently on one particular form we use. It is happening again today. https://eu.jotform.com/build/72682212082956
