Hi Jason,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It looks like you were not logged in to your account when trying to open attachments on your form submissions. If you don't want to log in every time you open file attachments, you can disable the 'Require log-in to view uploaded files' feature in your account. Let me show you how to do that:
- From your My forms page, go to your Account Settings.
- Go to Security, and uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files option.
