Date reservation widget is not being displayed in form.

Hi the date reservation widget does not appear to be working - it just creates a blank space with a grey spinning 'thinking' circle. Do you know anything about this please?

Please let us know with which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited form "Cool Choir FREE Taster Registration" but could not locate any date reservation widget.

i'm not using it on any particular form. I was trying to experiment to see if it is something i could use in a form or not. Sorry if this doesn't help. Is the widget working or not? If it is, then I guess it is my form.

Yes "Date Reservation" widget works just fine. I just created a quick test form with date reservation widget and it seems to work as expected.

My form is for people to select pre-fixed dates at prefixed physical locations.

At the moment I am having to manually input this information on the form and it I have to do it 3 times per year. It's very laborious. Is there any other tool/widget I could use apart from the existing one to achieve this? Some kind of appointment widget or similar?

I can see a widget called 'Appointment Slots' which would work..but..What about getting a specific date booked 3 months from now for example? An actual calendar with this would be phenomenal and THIS is exactly what I'm looking for...to be able to have preset appointments linked to specific dates up to a year in advance. 

As far as I understood, you want to show up a Date Picker for every (any) option of Appointment slots widget. Unfortunately, I don't think that it is possible. But I can suggest creating several Appointment slots fields with predefined dates and showing them up based on current date. 

For example, if current date is after predefined value then show the next appointment slots. 

You will need to create a hidden field of Date Picker with the current date by default. And to create few conditional statements to check that date, like this:
