Pricing page not working

    Hello,

    I'm trying to upgrade from the starter (free) package to the next package up—I believe it's the bronze package. Unfortunately, your pricing page isn't working. Is there an alternative method to upgrade? I have a newsletter going out at 9 a.m. ET, and I will certainly exceed my 100 submission limit. Is there a way to get help with this issue as soon as possible? I've attached a screenshot of the defunct page.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team. Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update. 

    In the meantime, we can provide you with a direct link to upgrade. Can you please provide your zip code so we can generate the link for you? Also, are you trying to purchase the Bronze Monthly Plan?

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Thanks for the prompt reply. Yes, I'm looking to purchase the Bronze Monthly plan. My zip code is 19107.
