My account page not showing

    When I try to connect to this page by clicking on settings, it does not give me the user list I once had access to.
    I tried clearing my cache but that did not help. The entire settings page doesn't appear to be working.

    Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing your My Account's page. We are aware of the issue and our developers are already working on a fix. We'll circle back to this thread as soon as we have updates to share.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I just heard back from our Relevant Team. They've solved the issue, so it should all be working fine now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?
