I lost a jotform file, created in november 2015

    Hi,


    I am looking for a jotform with the title: 'Heineken intro', wich was created in november 2015. It looks like the following jotform: https://form.jotformeu.com/70413979544363 But this one is not the original jotform and is updated in 2017.

    Could you check if the jotform 'Heineken intro' has been deleted and could you restore it?

    I was able to find another form with the name "HEINEKEN INTRO".

    You should be able to find in My Forms by using the search bar at the top right.

    If your form was deleted (purged) from the Trash folder then, unfortunately, there is no way to restore it.
