Hello,
In the last couple of days, we have noticed that the generated PDF is not being sent with the email. Can you please look into this, where could be the problem?

Here is a proof, that the email did not contain the PDF file:I believe that it may be some kind of bug, because some emails with PDF documents are coming in.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. When I cloned and tested your forms, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
I've cleared your form cache. Can you please test your form to see if it makes any difference? If the issue persists, will you give us permission to do a test submission to see if we can replicate the issue? If the form is embedded on a website, please also share the web page link where the form is embedded.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this
