I have a client trying to fill out my “wedding questionarre” form and it seems to be glitching on her. It is not showing the photography budget box and will not let her submit it. I’ve never had any issues with this form before, what can we do? Thank you!

I have just tested your form and I can see it's working as expected on my end, sometimes the form resources can be blocked by the antivirus, firewall, something installed on the network that restrict access or even something installed on the computer or browser.
I would recommend you to ask your submitter to check these things, if the form is being blocked by certain security software, please let us know so we can take the necessary actions on our end.
Also, I have tested the direct link to your form, is it embedded on a web page?
If so, please provide us the link.
