Issues with one of my forms

    HI, the page below is not acting correctly.   The address is a required field to fill out but teams are able to complete the form without their address.  Please advise as all other forms are acting correctly

    The "Coach Address" is hiding whenever I select an option in the "HOW MANY TEAMS ARE YOU REGISTERING?" field.

    Here's a screen capture of my test:

    Is that normal on your conditions? If not, I suggest removing it to fix the issue.
