When I tested my forms, I received several times a
Too Many Requests
Sorry! Rate limit exceeded. Try again later.
message and the forms were blocked. I have a Silver account and the limit is not reached at all.
The forms affected:
I cleared the cache.

Please do note that this is a limit implemented on the forms in order to avoid abusive use of submissions. We are currently limiting the rate of submissions from the same IP address, the limit is 60 submissions per minute and per IP. If the same IP has sent more than 60 submissions in a minute then the message will be shown.
I have checked your account, you are in good standing with your submission limits while your forms seems to be working.
Kindly test your form again. If the issue still remains, let us know so that we can check it further.

We have the same problem again. It is sure that the case is not what you described, only ONE submission was sent within one minute. Please, help. Perhaps, you may whitelist my account.

Apologies for any inconveniences caused. Would you kindly confirm if the issue is happening on the same location/IP you were on before? If yes kindly share your public IP address?

It was a different IP address, used by a costumer, and I don not know his/her IP.

I have run multiple submissions on the form directly and on the form url and I was not getting the "Too Many Requests Sorry! Rate limit exceeded.Try again later" error. Would you kindly try this again on your form and let us know if you(user) still have issues.

Thank you Trevor. The issue is not predictable. Out of 10 or 20, only 1 results the error, especially if they use the save and continue later option. As we hope hundreds of users, we will face this issue probably. It makes the filling in impossible.

I have escalated this to our technical team so hopefully, they will exempt your account from the rate limit.
They'll reply to you here when there's an update.
