Dear sir,
For some reason your service don't return any sent pdf files back. I Have tried this during year several times.
I'm trying to transform my fillable pdf in a form which I can fill with some submission inputs I receive from form I enclosed as URL.
Enclosed the screenshot off the file I sent yesterday.
What I can do?

Thank you for your response.
That is not what I'm doing. I'm uploading an existing fillable PDF to JOtform so that it will be transformed as JOtform fillable PDF
Please see screenshot for reference. The problem is that I don't get any answers from JOtFOrm side.

Do you receive an email from our side regarding the fillable PDF? Could you please try to upload the fillable PDF check your spam folder?
Please note that the fillable PDF should be an Adobe Forms Central fillable PDF in order to import the PDF properly via this tool. If the fillable PDF not from Forms Central, then the tool won't work your document.
How to Import Adobe FormsCentral PDF Forms to JotForm
I hope this information is helpful to you.
We will wait for your response.

KisuryReplied on March 22, 2018 at 12:43 PMIt is actually fillable form made with Acrobat DC.
So there is no way to do this without Adobe forms central? That’s a pity cos jotform cannot make form to a proper contract type PDF or at least I cannot do it with tools given.

Unfortunately, the complex fillable PDF forms cannot be imported to JotForm at this moment due to some limitations. You may try creating a new form from scratch which should be easy by dragging and dropping the fields to the form builder. Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
