Guest Account: Unable to login

    Unable to reset password; I am NOT receiving the password reset link. I've done it twice now and am not receiving the reset link...please advise!

    Hi Jazmine,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the status of the email address that you used to open this ticket, but I am getting the result that this is a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be getting a reset password sent to your email account. I would recommend signing up using the same email via this link.

    If you are referring to another Jotfotm account, please provide the email address, and we will check the status to see why you are having difficulties logging into the account.
