How to add the Square payment integration?

I am currently trying to attach square app to one of my forms, but the option is faded in the integration options. We used squareapp with jotform last year with no problems, but it is not working this time. I’m not sure if I am required to have a paid membership now, or if something else is wrong. Please contact me shortly. When testing the jotform, it gives an error on the payment entry when submitted.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. When I checked your form, I was able to see that the Square integration is already added to the form. See my screenshot below:

However, it seems it's not connected yet. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on the Product List field.
2. Click on the Wand icon on the field, and click on Settings in the menu that opens up.
3. Now, click on the green Connected button.
4. Then, click on Connect and connect the Integration.
5. Click on Continue, and that's it.

If you continue to have the same problem, be sure to check your Square account to make sure that everything is set up right.

Thanks for getting back to us. All the other payment integrations are grayed out because you already have Square integration added. You can only add one payment processor for each form, so the other options are grayed out. If in case you need to switch to another processor, let me show you how to do it:

1. In the Form Elements window, go to Payments.
2. Look for your current payment integration and click on the Three Dots icon.
3. Select Switch to another gateway.
4. Select from the options.
5. Click Use Selection.
