Please be noted that Free accounts are limited to have 5 active forms in his account. In order to create new forms, it is required to subscribe to a paid plan. You may also ask the sub-account user to move the forms to your account or the user may provide us with the form IDs to be moved to your account so that we can move them for you.

If you are need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

    Hi There,

His subaccount is under a paid account, does he not get the unlimited forms from the paid user .

No, because adding an account under another as a sub-user does not mean "inheriting account benefits". This feature is just meant to share forms with someone else: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

If the sub-user wants to create more forms, he can either upgrade, or transfer ownership of his forms to the paid account. Example:

transfer form and data from sub user Screenshot 10
