Needs assistnce correcting a form please

I have a form that has a couple or errors that Id like to address. I have tried what i know, bit have not been able to.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The only error I see was a 1 Accessibility Problem, since you have enabled Form Accessibility, you are seeing a warning when using the Signature field:

You can check this guide for more information the form will work and can be signed, however, it is not possible to remove that warning if you have enabled the feature, and it is a contradiction to the feature.
