Product List Not Showing on the Cloned Form

    I'm trying to clone a form (Settings are correct for cloning and I've tried cloning thru URL) and everything clones except my product list, which is quite lengthy. Why is this happening? Thanks

    Hello wildflowerpastries2015,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to copy the Product List element or Payment field from one form to another form, you can clone your form. Cloning creates a copy of the form without the submissions. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, choose a form, and on the right side of the screen, click on More

    3. You'll be redirected to Form Builder, where you can start working on your duplicate form. You can delete the fields you don't need.

    Cloning creates a new form in your account, which counts toward your total form limit. We also have a guide about How to Clone an Existing Form From Your Account that you can check out.

    I am having the same problem as this poster. I've been cloning forms along with my Product List for a year and it worked just fine. Suddenly when I use the Clone feature my product list is not coming along. My list is also quite lengthy and if this feature is no longer available it will likely cause me to stop using JotForm altogether!!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this. ​​I tested the feature and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    In the meantime, please try cloning the form using the Form URL. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.

    2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form

    3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage

    4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

    After cloning your form, it will open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can edit the way you want it and publish it.

    Thanks for your patience. After checking, the issue is noteplicable. If you clone a form and you do not see any products, you can click on the cart icon and enable the product.
