Having trouble finding the forms I created. Please help

    Hi there! 

    I created a couple of forms, I thought under my account with school, or my personal email, but I'm having trouble finding the forms?! Can you help me figure out what account I used to log in?

    As I check the form provided, I see that it is associated with the account AinsworthFoundation. and there are 2 forms in it. You may try logging into this account to manage the forms.
