Dropdown selection for email field isn't displaying email fields.

I just realised I have the same problem as amsoulsby and holistic beauty below.

I have already attempted to incorporate Mailchimp.

Can I reverse this?

I've read "amsoulsby" issue and user said that he is having issue integrating with Mail Chimp. I checked one of your form and found that you are able to integrate your form.

If you need to remove the integration, just click on mail chimp again from "Integration" page and choose "Remove integration".

If that is not your issue, please further clarify. Looking forward for your response.
