Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. If you need to change the email address on your invoice, we can do it easily. However, the billing information is sent to the email address linked with your account. If you like, you can change your email address and start getting invoices from there. Let me show you how:
- Hover over your avatar in the top-right corner of the website.
- Click on your name.
- Your registered email address is located at the bottom of the Profile Page. Click the Edit button on the right side of the Profile option.
- Enter the new email address and then click the Save button.
If the Require verification to change email option is activated in your Security Settings, you will receive an email to confirm the email address change request.
Finally, you will receive an email asking you to verify the account's new email address.
