How to change the title of the form?

Good Afternoon,

I've created a survey w/ RI Workplace Retreat Event Registration Form, however the tab when we open the link is showing 'RI Workplace Satisfaction Survey'. Is this something you could help me with?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is easy to change the Page Title on your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down, enter the Page Title to RI Workplace Retreat Event Registration Form. That’s it. You’re done.
