I just made a payment and upgrade my subscription. but still, my customers are unable to sign up, still the form quota

I can see that your account is currently in the Bronze plan. The Payments limit for accounts in the Bronze plan is 10 Payment submissions per month. There have been 11 Payment submissions on your forms, that is why your forms have been disabled.
This limit is reset on the 1st day of each month, so your forms will become active again on 1st of April unless you upgrade to a higher plan than Bronze.
