I am using jot form for the first time when requiring a payment payment for something. I have over 300 people about to register for my current conference, and none of them are getting receipts. I called PayPal thinking it was on their end and they said no because we are using you, PayPal is considered the third-party and the receipt has to come from Jeff. What do I do? I have already had 30 people call me in the last few days to tell me they have not gotten their receipts and I can’t figure out how to resend one or to make sure it is sending them in the first place.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry that this is happening. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to Enable your Invoice feature . Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder page, select Build located at the top orange menu bar.
- Scroll down to your Payment Fields.
- Then, Click on Payment Settings(Wand Icon).
- Set the option to YES under the Invoice tab to enable the invoice feature.
