Form: Field inputs not showing

People aren’t submitting or completing as they can’t see what they are typing in their responses.

It seems your textbox font color and border color is white, that is why you can't see any text input.

Kindly go your your advanced designer

When you are in your advanced designer builder, kindly click your textbox and the Textbox Styles option would show.

Change your Font color to black and you can also add a border color if you want.

then click save changes. After saving click the pencil logo to exit the Advanced Form builder.

Sorry, I forgot about the Multiple choice.

Just click the multiple choice field in your Advanced Form builder and change the color to black or any color you want, to show the boxes. Then click save before exiting the Advanced builder.
