Two Form Submissions Came Through Blank

    Hi!

    On the HSC Counseling submission form, we had two entries come through blank: 4/17 Caldwell and 4/23 Taylor.

    Could you guys look into why this happened? And if there is anything we need to change?

    Hi finchpc,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I am unable to see the last form on this thread. Can you please provide us with the Form URL you are referring to and I can take a look at what's going on?

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar.
    2. You will immediately see the Form URL, click on the Copy Link button.

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

    Hi finchpc,

    I apologize for my last reply, I found the form name in your question. I've checked the form and it submission. I can see there are couple submissions missing some data. However, they are not entirely blank. I've checked your form and I can see that some of the fields are not required hence might be left blank by the form submiter. Can you please if this is not the case? Also, can you make all the fields required and try it again? Let me show you how to make the fields required.

    1. In Form Builder, click on one of the fields.
    2. Hit CTRL + A on the keyboard.
    3. In the top menu click on Required.

    We were able to figure this - it also seems like the notifications on this form are not working. For all "Pay Dates 4/26" the finch.co email addresses received a copy of the form but for the others they did not. What can we change to make sure that doesn't happen?
