How do I downgrade my acct

How do I downgrade our cancel my account? I go online and follow your instructions, but it says I signed up through the app and have to make changes there, but the app has no option to cancel or downgrade my account.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked the account and it is already on its way to being downgraded effective 05/01/2024. This is the reason why you aren't able to process a downgrade through the site. You can still enjoy the remainder of your current plan while waiting for the effective date.
