    Hi Narayan_Ashwin,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm not sure I understand your concern. Are you trying to cancel your subscription? If yes, I reviewed your account and you already canceled your subscription. Please note that cancellation won't take effect until the end of your current billing cycle. Your account is scheduled to be downgraded on February 20, 2025, and you can still use the remaining months of your subscription until the said date.
