Last question (; I added the «pdf link» in the email response, but the pdf is in french in the english version of the form. Is it possible to send the pdf in english for the english section?

Hi Lydie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send a PDF in English in your case. As a workaround, instead of adding a PDF Link, you can attach it to the Autoresponder Email. But before you do that, you can create 2 versions of the PDF. F+one for French and the other for English. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Form Builder text in the upper left corner of the page, and select PDF Editor.
2. Once you are in the PDF Editor, click on + New PDF, and select New PDF Document.
3. Finally, translate the labels to English, and rename the PDF so you can easily locate it later.

Now that you've created the PDF for English, you can now attach it to the Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Emails from the left panel menu.
2. Then, hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email for English, and click on the Pen icon.
3. Next, go to the Advanced tab, and toggle on the Attach PDF, select the English PDF, and click on Save. That's it.
