What is the best plan for me?

We are a small nonprofit and interested in using Jotform for a handful (e.g. 3-5) of forms, and have two users. What plan should we purchase for these two users?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, it's not possible if there would be two users on one account. It's against our Terms of Use. As a workaround you can upgrade one account and use our collaboration link feature. Sharing the Collaboration link with your teammates is really easy. Let me show you how:

1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and you're done.

When it comes to which plan is the best for you it would really depend on how many submissions you're going to receive in a month, total submission storage, fields per form, etc. Let me show you the limits for each plan so you can compare it yourself which suits you best. See screenshot below:
