Printed submission answers are all black.

When a client sends me their form and I print it out, their answers are in black.

The form questions are so light I can barely read the question.

Hopefully you can shed some light on this issue.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that this is stressful. Let me help you with this. When I cloned and tested your form and try printing a submission on the Inbox, everything worked the way it was supposed to. The PDF print preview of the submission looks legible and accurate. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

This might have to do with the printer settings, that is causing the answers to be all black. You can check the printer settings when you hit Ctrl + Print (Command + Print) on the pop-up window.
