How to disable form on a certain date?

On our Early Release Form, we wants to DISABLE the form being completed after a certain time. On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, we dont wnt any times after 3:00 to be available. On Wednesday, We dont want any time after 2:00 available.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Sure, you can disable your form in 3 easy steps. Let me show you how:

• Open your form in Form Builder.
• In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Disabled. That's it, you're done.

• Once you're there you will have an option to disable on a specific date.
