Social Security Numbers

Hello,

we have our loan application hosted with you guys and we really need to be able to receive the customers social security numbers.  A while back you guys suspended our account because the form was asking for this, and once we removed it you activated it again.  How can we go about getting the social security number field back onto the forms without being turned off?  We will do whatever you would like, just want to keep the forms with you guys.  We have an english version and a spanish version of the form that would need the social security numbers.   thanks!!!!

We do allow for collection of social security numbers through forms but only in limited circumstances.  Here is a post from our support manager on the topic:

For loan applications, we allow the lender to collect SSN's but not for anyone to collect the numbers on behalf of or to pass along to the lender.
