FIGQCAAsked on April 24, 2024 at 3:11 PM
I have a form with mostly hidden elements. The beginning of the form has a multiple choice question (check all that apply). Based off that selection the other parts of the form unhide.
However, each portion of the form has additional contingencies and I'm having trouble making them work together.
Example:
IF: #9 Please select the type of quote. (Check all that apply)
STATE: Is Equal To
VALUE: Auto
DO: Show Multiple
FIELD: [Fields 11 -28]
However, I also want:
IF: #12 Driver's License Status (check all that apply)
STATE: Is Equal To
VALUE: I don't have a driver's license
DO: Hide Multiple
FIELD: #13 Driver's License State, #14 Driver's License Number
When I have both conditions set up, the second one isn't applying. (I have several of these that I need to implement)

Hi Stephanie,
Thanks for your feedback. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Stephanie,
Thanks for waiting patiently. You have set the first condition right, and it is working as intended. Regarding your second condition, the Driver's License State & Driver's License Number is shown even if you select they don't have a driver's license due to the first condition. As you have already selected these to show when Auto is selected.
Also, you have duplicate conditions for the first condition which you need to delete:
Can you please do the following and check the results of the second condition afterward? Here are the results:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
