I volunteer with a local dog rescue and set up a form so that we can have people donate memorial gifts to us via PayPal.
I just tried to use the form myself as a friend of mine just lost her dog and I wanted to make a donation to our organization in her pet's name. I was surprised that I did not get an notification email. (I set up the form so I am the one who should have gotten the notification.)
I wondered if possibly the reason was because it directed me to PayPal after the form was submitted. I tried to re-do the email notification process but to no avail. The email alert tells me that the notificatin is conditional, and I believe that is where the problem is coming from. I have deleted that email notification (the only one), saved, and tried to re-enter with no conditions, but afterwards, it still does not work and the email alert still says I have conditions on the notification.
I have no idea if people have been donating to us and I have not been receiving notices before this and for how long, but very much need to fix the issue as we need to be acknowledging people's gifts as well as sending sympathy cards to those who have lost their pet or human loved one!

I have checked your settings and your notification email address is set to anne@caston....com, have you checked your email inbox for it? If it's not there, have you checked your spam / bulkmail folder?
