First Data - Integration shows error during transaction

    We are wanting to use First Data for our online payments but noticed it won't be supported anymore?

    Each time to update we get an error message "Error during transaction FirstData Error: Unauthorized Request Bad or missing credentials . Unauthorized Request Bad or missing credentials"


    Do we need to look into a new payment option?

    Hi River City Boat Sales,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I'll do my best to help you. I’ve checked out the screenshot you shared. It seems your First Data log in credentials are incorrect. Can you please re-integrate with the First Data and try again? You can also run the test in its test mode as well.

    If the issue persists, can you please check with First Pay's customer support to see if they are not blocking your account and whether your account it is active under the account credentials you are using?
