What I hope to do is have the user complete the form, which then generates the pdf, but then requests their signature after reviewing the completed pdf. is this possible? to have the signature occur after the pdf is filled?

    Hi Benjamin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add a Signature element to your form and allow them to review the completed PDF before signing. Let me show you how:

    1. In Smart PDF Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element option on the left side.
    2. Under the Basic tab, drag and drop the Signature element to your form.
    3. Then map the field to your PDF document. Smart PDF Form: Is it possible to require users to preview the completed form before sigining? Image 1 Screenshot 50
    4. Next, click the Submit button and click the Gear icon.
    5. Under the Advanced tab in the Submit Properties menu, toggle On the Preview PDF Button option. Smart PDF Form: Is it possible to require users to preview the completed form before sigining? Image 2 Screenshot 61
    6. Add a Paragraph element to put a reminder to review the PDF before signing. You can edit the text depending on your preference. Smart PDF Form: Is it possible to require users to preview the completed form before sigining? Image 3 Screenshot 72
