    Do you know which CSS elements I need to use to align the images and questions alongside each other? Either 2 or 3 in a row?

    Thanks for all your help so far.

    @bhpinfo

    Have you tried Ed's solution of shrinking the images and questions to place them on the same line? Refer to this guide for more information: http://www.jotform.com/help/90-How-to-Position-Form-Fields-on-the-Same-Line

    Do you know which CSS elements I need to use to align the images and questions alongside each other? Either 2 or 3 in a row?

    There really isn't a general CSS selector which can be used to accurately stylize form elements. Form fields have different ID's and classes. It will take careful inspection in order to come up with the right CSS codes to achieve the look that you prefer.

    If the shrinking solution isn't enough for you, I would suggest that you build your form now so we can help you with your CSS needs afterwards.

    Hi,

    Thanks for all the suggestions so far. I have now built the page, but am stuck at the point of aligning images with labels underneath them.

    Does the following clone look good enough to you?

    http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23033588556964?

    If so, please inject the following codes to your form in order to apply the same look to your form:

    .form-line-column {
    width: 230px;
    }
    .form-input-wide {
    padding-left: 31px;
    }
    #cid_1.form-input-wide {
    padding: 0 !important;
    }

    If you need further help with customization, please feel free to ask.

    Hi! Just following up on the image questions. I'm using your tool for hiring/identify new recruits and am wondering..

    Is it possible to create a question where it asked them which role they would like to apply for, and the answers are images? We have badges for each role and I'd love to feature those and make it more visually appealing if possible. (Like the SurveyGizmo image choice single question type: http://ow.ly/lTvHN)

    Thanks!

    @Laurahoots,

    We do not have such type of fields, but you can do something similar with custom CSS.

    Here is an example:

    http://form.jotform.co/form/31606263956862

    I used a Radio Button field with embedded html images:

    Then, added the CSS code:

    input[type="radio"] {
    display:none;
    }
    input[type="radio"] + label {
    background: #999;
    display:inline-block;
    padding: 0 0 0 0px;
    }
    input[type="radio"]:checked + label {
    background: #0080FF;
    display:inline-block;
    padding: 0 0 0 0px;

    Thank you.
